But Tevez's representative Kia Joorabchian is confident the contractual problems will be successfully been ironed out. Tevez is currently preparing for the Copa America final against Brazil on Sunday but will return to England following the game to seal his switch to United having already agreed terms with the Premier League champions. Joorabchian has told Sky Sports News that the 23-year-old will fly back on Tuesday before having a medical with United the following day. "Carlos is going to come on Tuesday to do a medical on Wednesday at Manchester United," Joorabchian said. "Hopefully we'll get all the administrative issues sorted next week and I hope everything will be okay, we don't foresee any problems. "We spoke to Manchester United tonight (Thursday), they are quite confident we can have him registered by next week. "Personal terms between Carlos and Manchester United have been agreed in full." Joorabchian admits Tevez is slightly saddened to be bringing to an end his spell as a West Ham player, but says it was agreed last summer that he would only spend one season at Upton Park. "Carlos is a little bit sad because in terms of West Ham he felt very attached to the club last year," he added. "He helped them, along with the other guys at the club, to get them out of the relegation battle which I think they did a fantastic job towards the end of the season. "He's a sportsman, he doesn't really understand all the administrative bits and pieces, but he knows he's not in any way fighting with West Ham or demanding anything. "He loved his time there and it was kind of mutually agreed he would be there for a year and he was there for his year, he served his year." 7 w. L6 H!
