曼彻斯特晚报评分 朴智星最高 Van der Sar: Kicking has been suspect of late. On a forgettable night for the Dutchman, his handling was far from its best 5 Hargreaves: The midfielder produced his best United performance when used further forward against Roma. But always looks reliable at full back and got forward at every available opportunity 7
Brown: Big shoes to fill in covering for the injured Nemanja Vidic, and how he did it in swashbuckling style. Immovable on the night 8
Ferdinand: Has never looked better than when alongside Vidic, but wearing the captain's armband he produced a typically elegant performance worthy of his skipper status 8
Evra: Was badly missed when United lost to Chelsea on Saturday and while his marauding forays down the line occasionally left his fellow defenders a touch exposed, he provided a tremendous outlet 7
Park: The South Korean possesses stamina that defies logic but is more than just a willing runner and came close to finding the back of the net in the first half, while providing a glorious cross from which Nani should have scored 9
Carrick: His passing is worth so much to United when it comes to ball retention and his assured touch allowed them to get a hold of the game in midfield. Also a useful buffer in front of the defence 7
Scholes: Had fans' hearts in mouths with a typically clumsy tackle on the edge of the area early on, but his goal on 14 minutes was simply magnificent 7
Nani: Sometimes lacks an end product and should have done better with a golden opportunity that would have put United two up before the break 6
Tevez: Out of sorts and frustrated in the first leg, but much more of a nuisance to the Barca rearguard this time with another tireless display 8
Ronaldo: While it was not a vintage display, he always had Barca's defenders panicking, not least in the build-up to Scholes' strike 7
Substitutes
Giggs (Nani 77): His experience invaluable in the closing stages 6
Fletcher (Scholes 77): Provided industry when legs were tiring 6
Silvestre (for Evra 90): Too late to rate
