Wayne Rooney admits he has missed too many games this season to accept a rest for Manchester United's UEFA Champions League draw against Roma.

Sir Alex Ferguson left the bulk of his big names back in England for Wednesday's 1-1 draw, but Rooney was among those to feature at Stadio Olimpico. , w6 Z$ \. e! F

"I want to play in all the games. I didn't want to miss any more, especially after the start of the season. It was good for me to have a run-out tonight.
"I think with each game you get fitter and I'm feeling good now. Hopefully the break I've had could help me towards the end of the season."

"To play Champions League, Roma away is a massive game for some of the young lads, but they have come in and done really well, and I think everyone is proud of that.
