The 17-year-old Italian striker was targeted by two thieves who stole money and jewellery at his home in Washway Road, Sale, at 3.40am yesterday. A friend of Macheda was attacked and suffered minor head injuries during the robbery. % q6 s' {' `5 M3 n, m4 M5 x
